We believe that the path to developing collective rights involves working with social movements and strengthening human rights. Expanding democratic access in Latin America requires institutional strengthening of our countries and strengthening the instruments available to promote justice and equal access to rights. As an organization formed by a technical team of experienced lawyers and researchers, our mission is to contribute to the production and dissemination of knowledge and tools to assist social movements in the defense of human rights.
Collective Justice Handbook for Human Rights Defenders, ILAJUC
This booklet is a tool for Human Rights defenders to have a better chance of success in their collective disputes in the judiciary.
The project is an initiative of the mothers who make up the network of our partner, Instituto Divercidades. The institute developed a space for meetings that promote care, support and activities for the mothers in the network, their children and other mothers in the community.
