Over the past year, we have focused our efforts on developing material on the new reality of the international market, which demands greater social, environmental and climate responsibility.
Our research “Due Diligence: Beyond Compliance with the Law” provides the necessary context to understand the concept of Due Diligence, as well as the new international legislation on the subject, and to outline a legitimate understanding of the attributions of companies regarding risks at each stage of the value, production and supply chains.
This is the first volume of the research that ILAJUC is developing on Due Diligence and provides a broad overview of the current scenario for all those interested in environmental issues, Human Rights and the applicability of ESG criteria.
